Dr. Aileen Mosig provides comprehensive neuropsychological and educational assessments and counseling to children, adolescents, couples and families. Dr. Mosig’s approach is solution-focused, strength-based, and client-centered, with consideration and appreciation for the depth of individual and cultural diversity. She has a background in humanistic, cognitive behavioral, behavioral medicine, existential and Eastern psychological traditions. In addition, Dr. Mosig has experience leading groups through workshops on life skills development, anxiety management, anger management, chronic pain & stress management, meditation, relaxation training, and positive thinking.
 
Dr. Mosig’s area of passion is helping gifted and twice-exceptional children and families. She is active in the gifted community and has had success with her own gifted children, one of whom is twice exceptional, whom she has helped overcome severe sensory difficulties and to excel socially. Dr. Mosig is available to make suggestions/referrals with regard to gifted and homeschooling resources.
